Hay Street Legal aims to provide you with an upfront estimate of the overall legal fees at your initial meeting. This is based on your instructions, your matter and what we anticipate will be involved to complete your matter.

For more complex or lengthy matters this may not always be the case, but we aim to be transparent and will always discuss any changes to your legal costs before proceeding.

Hay Street Legal requires money to be paid upfront for legal fee's, these are placed in our trust account and held on your behalf which we transact from after we issue an invoice.
